Returns for Exchange
Each order is made on demand based on your purchase and for this reason exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Exchanges are ONLY permitted when the goods delivered fall under the criteria listed below.
Exchange Conditions
– The goods received are damaged
– There are visible defects with the print
- Â Order Issues
    – The item is the wrong size from the one ordered
    – The item is the wrong color from the one ordered
    – The item is the wrong design from the one ordered
    – The item is the wrong style from the one ordered
Eligible refunds Â
 All the other reasons are not accepted.Â
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange Time
If you qualify for a exchange condition, you must submit a request for an exchange within 14 days after goods are received by emailing @creativetrend101@gmail.com.
After the 14 days have elapsed, you acknowledge that the customer right to an exchange has been forfeited.Â
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your damaged/defective/incorrect item. Return shipping costs will be refunded to you once we receive your item.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of order receipt.Â
Price AdjustmentsÂ
Price adjustments are not available on any purchase.
